Essential Corporate Sponsor Limitation

If joining at the essential corporate sponsor, your organization must have 25 or fewer full-time employees OR less than $3,000,000 in annual revenues/investments to apply to this membership category

You can also join by sending us a check or money order. To do so, please visit the Application for Organization Membership, print and fill out the application, and mail it along with your annual dues to the Society for Participatory Medicine.
