I’m a Certified Association Executive (CAE) working as an advisor to nonprofit patient organizations after having served in roles as CEO and COO for allergy and asthma patient organizations for the past 15 years. I specialize in working with disease advocacy organizations to effectively use technology, cloud-based applications, digital outreach and SEO to improve business models, constituent engagement, operational effectiveness and mission impact.
Additionally, I help client organizations stay up-to-date with the evolving world of patient-centered care and patient engagement. I also work with organizations to help them understand how and where to meet people online or in their local communities, to talk with people to understand their needs, and to effectively communicate with them and work with them as partners to make their lives better.
